In honor of Childhood Cancer Awareness Night, UCLA Health patients were invited to Dodger Stadium after attending an art class where they drew their favorite Dodger player and collaborated on a heartfelt t-shirt design. 🥹 pic.twitter.com/kZ6LyYSIAX

Otani met Imanaga in the outfield of Dodger Stadium before the game. We shook hands and bowed deeply. While talking and laughing, Yamamoto joined. The three teammates at the World Baseball Classic (WBC) last March smiled at the reunion.
At that time, Otani wore a white T-shirt with illustrations on his back. September was the Children’s Cancer Awareness Month for the entire MLB, and Otani’s appearance was different from usual because it was a charity T-shirt day to support children’s cancer patients.
The Dodgers official X (formerly Twitter) also released a portrait of the players drawn by the children, saying, “In honor of Children’s Cancer Awareness Month, UCLA Health patients were invited to the Dodger Stadium after participating in art classes depicting their favorite Dodgers players and designing heartfelt T-shirts.”

Japanese fans on the Internet are saying, “Otani-san’s T-shirt is cute,” “It’s a lovely design,” “Otani-san’s T-shirt bag illustration is cute,” and “I want Otani-san’s T-shirt.”
