ちょっと前に娘のフラフープを手に取り、一人でフリフリ回してみた
簡単にできると思っていたのだけど、なかなか上手くできない
やってみると意外と難しい
出来ない理由はフラフープが子供用のサイズで少し小さいめだからだと思う
たまにテレビ番組でフラフープができない芸能人を見て笑ってたけど
決して笑っていられないことに気付いた
娘は余裕でできるんだけど同じようには回せない
よく考えると自分が子供だった頃も含めてフラフープはやった覚えがない
身近になかった
なかなかうまくできないけど、筋トレやストレッチ効果はあるようだ
たまに出てくる坐骨神経痛も亡くなった気がする
もう少し頑張ってみようかなと
