Mizuhara Kazuhira, a longtime interpreter for Dodgers pitcher Otani Shohei in the U.S. Major League Baseball, was indicted on charges of bank fraud. He illegally remitted more than $16 million from Otani’s account, and Mizuhara allegedly falsely identified himself as Otani in a telephone conversation with the bank.
