The season finally started last weekend.
I suddenly started the lesson without free skiing, but I was sliding through the third one, and when I stopped, the bindings on both boards came off and blew off!!
After that, I injured my left shoulder so much that I took a picture of the student while shaking my arm holding the camera.
The reason why I blew it was because I loosened the binding the weakest during the off-season and forgot to tighten it ( ̄▽ ̄;)
It’s wonderful that the release value was less than 4 and it didn’t come off even though it was going around so fast!!
You blew it off because you twisted it when you stopped.
Don’t get me wrong.
I don’t want to compliment myself, and it’s dangerous to loosen the release value and slip, so don’t follow me.
However, I loosened my binding so much that I slipped hard, but I couldn’t miss my ski on the way.
What I want to say is, I wanted to tell you the lesson, “I’m stepping on the board from above.”
If I had stepped in a strange direction, had a bad position, or had a twist, I think I would have blown away during the run.
I always try to ski directly below in the right position.
This is very important.
Whether you’re looking for technical skills or a crown, always be aware that you step straight on the board from just above.
